Little Vista’s EasyFees is the only childcare management system in Ireland that offers truly automated direct debit collection. Other systems may claim to have direct debit functions, but they only let you export data to upload to your bank. With EasyFees, everything happens within the Little Vista system through our integration with New Pay. Plus, we’re the only system that fully links subvention tracking with fee management, allowing you to apply subventions to multiple children at once.
Our enhanced subvention tool works like a calculator. You enter the weekly hours claimed and hourly rate, and the system automatically calculates weekly and monthly totals. You can create different subvention types and apply them to multiple children at once through filtering options. These subventions automatically link to each child’s profile and are pulled into invoices, showing parents clear breakdowns of fees, subventions, and CHICK codes with expiry dates.
Setting up automated direct debit is simple. First, you’ll become a merchant through our payment processor New Pay, all within the Little Vista system. Then, you invite parents to set up their mandates by sending them an email through the system. They click a link, fill out their details online (no paper forms!), and their mandate is activated. Once set up, you can manage the collection amounts from the Little Vista dashboard, adjusting them if a child’s hours or subventions change
